We celebrated the amazing team that keeps our smiles straight and our patients happy every single day. From scheduling to sterilization, chairside assistance to patient care, indirect and direct patient care — your talent, expertise, and positive energy make all the difference!

As a thank you, we surprised our amazing team with new shoes —they’re always on their feet, going the extra mile to deliver the best orthodontic care possible! We also got our team new TAW AND Derby Orthodontics sweaters, enjoyed yummy treats, a “Wonka Bar Golden Bracket Hunt”, and a raffle for prizes!

Bittersweet day at the office 💙
This month, we’re saying goodbye (for now!) to two incredible orthodontic assistants, Kayelen and Macie, as they head off to dental school! After years of caring for our patients, supporting our team, and bringing so much positivity to the office each day, it’s hard to imagine our clinic without them.

While we’re sad to see them go, we couldn’t be more proud of everything they’ve accomplished and all that’s ahead for them. The dental world is truly better because of these two and we know they’re going to do amazing things. 🦷
