Dear JNFD Patients,
Due to recent concerns of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to update our patient family regarding our current operations.
-We ARE open and will continue with our normal schedule. Please come to your appointment RIGHT at the scheduled time. Our goal is to minimize the amount of time you spend in the reception area. We kindly ask that you don’t bring anyone with you. If someone must accompany you to your appointment, please have them wait in the car. If you bring unaccompanied minors, we will reschedule your appointment.
-Please call to reschedule your appointment if:
1. YOU ARE SICK OR THINK YOU ARE SICK.
2. YOU ARE IN A HIGH-RISK GROUP BASED ON AGE OR MEDICAL STATUS.
3. YOU HAVE TRAVELED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES WITHIN THE PAST 14 DAYS
-We will continue to provide routine and emergency dental care, unless otherwise advised by Centers for Disease Control (CDC) or American Dental Association. As you are all aware, this situation is rapidly evolving and Dr. Neese is closely monitoring updates from government organizations. If the recommendations change, we will notify our patients promptly.
-We practice rigorous infection control (Universal Precautions) as directed by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the CDC guidelines by using personal protective equipment such as gloves, masks and eye protection. Every dental unit is thoroughly sanitized after every patient and we sterilize all dental instruments after each use.
Our main priority is, and always has been the safety and health of our patients and staff. Please join myself and my staff in keeping the office clean, healthy, and safe while we work through this challenging time together. We apologize for any inconvenience.
