Dr. Hieu Pham was born in Vietnam and grew up and graduated from dental school in Texas. He completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in Boston, MA where he had the opportunity to refine his skills and work with an underserved and vulnerable patient population. He has always been drawn to New York City, now a place he calls home, due to the cultural richness, global influence, and endless opportunities for things to do, places to eat, and people to meet. He is co-owner and co-founder at ORAL Dental Studio, where he delivers a high caliber of care utilizing technology, biomaterials, and techniques consistent with his standards.

The NYSAGD newest Master of the AGD! Evy Migadaki, DMD (Dr. Evy to her patients) is a product of the country's finest academic institutions, including Brown, Tufts School of Dental Medicine, Columbia and NYU. She currently owns and operates Evydent Dentistry, a state-of-the-art private practice in New York City. Evydent follows a simple recipe: combining outstanding practitioners with cutting-edge technology in a friendly, high-energy, and aesthetic environment. Evydent strongly believes in giving back. It mentors numerous aspiring dental and dental hygiene students by giving them entry level positions where they can observe first-hand what it takes to succeed in the profession. Evydent is also very active in the local communities of Washington Heights and Inwood, supporting local film festivals, theater groups, health fairs, school fundraisers, orchestras, and dance groups among others. Dr. Evy is grateful to the NYSAGD and its office bearers for guiding her through her Mastership journey.

All rise to congratulate one of our newest Master in the AGD. The NYSAGD is proud of Dr. Utterback's achievement, she acquired most of her MAGD credits with the NYSAGD!
Dr Madeline N. Utterback has practiced in Fishkill, NY for the past 17 years. She is a 1986 graduate of the University of PA, School of Dental Medicine. She is married to Michael and together they have three grown children and one granddaughter.

Maria DePaola Madonna graduated from NYU with cm laude and NYU Dental College with election to Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society.
She Completed a GPR residency at LIJ/Schneider's Children Hospital. Practiced in various Public Health settings as a Dental Director, Clinical Director for a Non for Profit Dental Practice, FQHC and Community Health Center. Presently full time Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU Dental College and Assistant Group Practice Director. Very honored to have received my Fellowship in AGD having started the journey in 2022.

Let's all congratulate one of our newest Fellow in the AGD. The NYSAGD will be highlighting our 2026 Fellows and Masters who received their award on Sunday at AGD2026 Scientific Session in Las Vegas!
Dr. Phoebe Nguyen-Hageman was born and raised in Vietnam before moving to California for high school. She completed a bachelor's degree in microbiology at UCLA in California. She then graduated cm laude from University of Buffalo, one of the best dental schools in the nation. In dental school, she volunteered to provide dental care to underserved patients in Buffalo, Tennessee, and the Dominican Republic.
Dr. Nguyen continued her training as a General Practice resident at St. Joseph's hospital in Syracuse, NY, treating medically complex and underserved patients. She then worked in a dental practice in Delmar, NY for 5 years before making Greenville her dental home.
Dr. Nguyen is committed to lifelong learning. Whether it’s attending courses, studying the latest research, or investing in new technology, her goal is always the same: to provide the highest quality care for her patients.
Dr. Phoebe Nguyen is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentists. She enjoys reading, painting, yoga, and spending time with her husband, Dr. Erik Hageman, and son, Sam.
