He is a local and graduate of North Allegheny High School, Penn State, Johns Hopkins University, and the University of Maryland Dental School. Paragon Dental is a family practice where we can take care of patients from 3 to 103+. Dr. Scott offers all forms of sedation to keep his patients comfortable. Using the latest in 3D imaging, he is able to place and restore implants on site eliminating the
