Here are simple stress management tips to keep your smile radiant and healthy:

🧘 Deep Breathing – Try the 4-7-8 technique (inhale 4s, hold 7s, exhale 8s).
🧠 Practice Mindfulness or Meditation – Spend 5–10 minutes focusing on your breath.
🚶 Move Your Body – Take a walk, do yoga, or dance to your favorite song.
☕ Drink Herbal Tea – Chamomile or green tea can help calm your nerves.
🎶 Listen to Relaxing Music – Soft beats, instrumental, or nature sounds work best.
🏋️ Progressive Muscle Relaxation – Tense & release muscles from head to toe.

📵 Unplug from Screens – Avoid screens 30 minutes before bed for better relaxation.
