In recognition of Receptionist Day we wanted to give a spotlight to our own receptionist, Joseline. Joseline has been at Downtown Dental for 2 years. Her journey to being a dental receptionist started because her mom is in the field as a dental assistant (our dental assistant, Diana!) and that piqued her interest into getting into the dentistry world as well as wanting a career change. Her favorite thing about being a receptionist is helping patients feel comfortable and overcome their fear of going to the dentist. During her experience of working at a dental office one of the many things she has learned is the importance of flossing everyday and how important taking care of your smile now will impact your future smile.
