📣 Employee Spotlight: Meet Natalie!

🦷 Natalie has been the office manager with Dental Associates in Grimes for 4 years! When we asked her: "What are the toughest challenges you've had a work?" She answered: "Although there are always specific challenges we face, I think communication may be the root. Finding solutions, efficiencies, training, building trust in relations all require exceptional communication. Something I strive to continually improve." We are grateful for all her guidance to help us all continually improve our communication within the office! 💙

🦃 In honor of Thanksgiving week, we asked Natalie if she were going to be a Thanksgiving dessert, which one would she pick and why? Natalie thought she would best be described as "the cranberry side. You can always count on it being there, it's tradition! It adds color to the event and it can be tastefully a little surprising. 😉" We sure appreciate Natalie and know we can always count on her!

💬 Comment below with what Thanksgiving side you'd be!

🌎💛 Happy World Kindness Day! 💛🌎

Today, we're celebrating the power of kindness - the simple acts that bring people together and make our communities stronger. In that spirit, our Grimes office is kicking off our Holiday Donation Drive to help local families in need.

From now through the holiday season, we'll be collecting most needed items through the Johnston Partnership. See the link below for a list of most needed items you can drop off anytime from now until December 18th at our Grimes location! Anything you can contribute makes a difference - and together, we can spread kindness.

Let's make the world a little brighter, one act of kindness at a time. 💫

📣 Employee Spotlight: Meet Monica!

🦷 Monica has been a Dental Assistant with Maharry Family Dentistry for a little over 3 years! When we asked her "Who inspired you to pursue the career you have today?" She answered: "No one in particular. I always knew I wanted to be in the medical field. Dentistry especially because teeth are so important, no only because we need them to eat, but they play a huge role cosmetically". We appreciate Monica and her desire to educate patients on the importance of maintaining oral health! 💙

✏️ If she were to be a subject in school, she would be: Math, because I want to make everyone's life impossible, like math has done to me 🙂
