📣 Employee Spotlight: Meet Natalie!

🦷 Natalie has been the office manager with Dental Associates in Grimes for 4 years! When we asked her: "What are the toughest challenges you've had a work?" She answered: "Although there are always specific challenges we face, I think communication may be the root. Finding solutions, efficiencies, training, building trust in relations all require exceptional communication. Something I strive to continually improve." We are grateful for all her guidance to help us all continually improve our communication within the office! 💙

🦃 In honor of Thanksgiving week, we asked Natalie if she were going to be a Thanksgiving dessert, which one would she pick and why? Natalie thought she would best be described as "the cranberry side. You can always count on it being there, it's tradition! It adds color to the event and it can be tastefully a little surprising. 😉" We sure appreciate Natalie and know we can always count on her!

🦷 Monica has been a Dental Assistant with Maharry Family Dentistry for a little over 3 years! When we asked her "Who inspired you to pursue the career you have today?" She answered: "No one in particular. I always knew I wanted to be in the medical field. Dentistry especially because teeth are so important, no only because we need them to eat, but they play a huge role cosmetically". We appreciate Monica and her desire to educate patients on the importance of maintaining oral health! 💙

🦷 He describes his team out here in Grimes as: "The best! Fully engaged with a passion for excellence in how we genuinely care for our patients and each other to make the best dental experience possible!" 💙

🏖 If Dr. Quick were to go on vacation anywhere in the world, he would be pick "The Amalfi Coast of Italy. The terraced villages along the Mediterranean coast look amazing and being immersed in a culture of good food and wine would make for an incredible vacation. I'd probably invite my wife to join me!"

🦷 Kelli has been a hygienist with Dental Associates Southside for a little over 2 years! In terms of successes, Kelli is most proud of her bedside manner. She loves helping patients who come in feeling more anxious or nervous excited to come back! Thank you for making our patients comfortable and at ease when they're in your chair! 💙

🎄 We asked Kelli, if she were going to be a Christmas holiday character, who would it be and why? She answered: "I would be the leg lamp from the Christmas Story! It is so weirdly beautiful and not for everyone."
