September 22nd- It's the first day of Fall and American Business Women's Day! Owning a small business has bought some of the biggest challenges and longest days, BUT ALSO some of the best relationships and most rewarding experiences of my life. I've learned a lot along the way and I'm pretty sure I'm still learning something new every day.

I'm incredibly grateful for the *AMAZING* team of women I work with daily- both the clinical team as well as the administrative team! We take immense pride in being women in the workforce and providing exceptional dental care to our community.

Today we want to celebrate and recognize ALL women in the workforce and all the amazing contributions you make! And a shout-out to all of the great GUYS who support the strong women in their lives and cheer us on along the way. We appreciate you too!

So much to celebrate this weekend at Bouchard Dental- yesterday was Kayla's 14th anniversary and today is her birthday!!!

Kayla is so much more than an amazing dental assistant, she is a beautiful person – inside and out! I am beyond grateful for her hard work, dedication, kindness, and the countless way she makes my days, and the patients' days, better!

Kayla- thank you for everything you do, and for being YOU!!!! We love and appreciate you!!! 💕💕💕💕

One of the gifts of being a dentist for so many years is having the privilege of caring for multiple generations of the same family. 💜

After my patient Sandy passed away, her daughter gave me these seeds- morning glories. I carefully started them indoors, determined to keep a little piece of Sandy growing. Last week I finally got brave enough to plant this one outside, and today -her first beautiful bloom appeared!

Such a simple, thoughtful gesture, and such a beautiful reminder of how special the relationships we build with our patients can become.
