Just like we encourage you to know your mouth, know what’s normal for you and speak up when something feels different.

🩷 2. Keep up with your checkups.
Dental visits aren’t the only appointments that matter! Stay on top of your recommended screenings and routine healthcare visits. Prevention + early detection can make a BIG difference. 🦷🎀

🩷 3. Take care of the whole you.
Your oral health is connected to your overall health, so don’t put yourself last. Schedule the appointment, do the screening, and take care of YOU. 💗
