Hidden Springs Family Dentistry is excited to announce the opportunity for a new position on our team. We are excited to explore the possibility of the person being you if you match the following criteria:
1. Front office specialist: We are looking for an experienced front office person who is willing to transition into office manager in the future. Experience with Dentrix and Weave are necessary. The ability to multitask and manage answering phones, greeting patients, collecting money and scheduling follow up care will be essential. Experience interacting with insurance companies to acquire pre-authorizations in addition to collection of claims is important. Presentation of treatment plans and pretreatment consents are also a sought-after skill. We would prefer at least 2 years of experience.
2. Our “WHY” here at Hidden Springs Family Dentistry is focused on creating a compassionate community where we are focused on providing optimal dental care to enhance our patient’s health and wellness. We are not a tooth only dental practice but focus on taking care of PEOPLE not just teeth. We are looking for a team member who can help us facilitate a warm and welcoming environment for our patients where we can provide the best care possible.
3. We are looking for a team member with a history of collaboration who can communicate at a high level. We are looking for someone who will be engaged in creating systems and developing a culture of respect and compassion in a team-centered approach. The front office specialist will be integral in organizing and facilitating aspects of the monthly team meeting and in morning huddles.
4. We are looking for a “Driver” personality type that is a self-motivator, conscientious and driven to succeed. Our applicant needs to maintain a well of compassion while also maintaining a firm approach in negotiations. Demanding clarity and asking questions to gain the necessary understanding are paramount.
