At Image Orthodontics, led by Dr. Ryan Helms, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere. Our single practitioner office focuses on personalized treatment and teamwork, ensuring a fun and fast-paced work environment.

⭐️Job Description:
As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will:
- Assist Chair-side: Work directly under Dr. Helms, starting with smaller appointments.
- Perform Sterilization: Maintain a clean and safe environment for our patients.
- Communicate with Patients & Parents: Help ensure a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
- Support Front Desk Coverage: Assist with limited front desk duties as needed.
- Participate in Cleaning: Help keep our office in top shape.

⭐️Hours:
- Approximately 34 hours/week
- Morning huddles at 6:45, patients from 7am-4pm roughly, with lunch from 12-1
-Fridays from 8 AM to 12 PM, about every five weeks.

⭐️Benefits:
- Paid Time Off: Start with 90 hours, increasing to 132 hours based on tenure.
- Holiday Pay
- Maternity Leave: Accrue up to 3 weeks, based on length of employment
- Competitive Compensation: Hourly rates, monthly production bonuses, and an annual performance bonus.
- Uniforms Provided
- Team Bonding Opportunities
- Continuing Education: CE and licenses paid for.
- Free Orthodontic Treatment for you and your immediate family after one year.

It’s always a special day when one of the office babies gets their braces on! Marley grew up at the office and her dad got to put her braces on. Poor Grace had a hard time keeping her in the chair because she was too busy visiting with everyone 🤣 Swipe for some sweet memories of Marley at the office 🩷
