Scruggs says the backs count too 🐾 Brush the outsides, the insides and the chewing tops of your teeth every time, not just the parts people see.

Good news for seltzer fans 🫧 Plain sparkling water is generally safe for your teeth. It is the citrus flavored and sweetened kinds that bring the acid and sugar, so check the label.

Never had a filling, or not in a while? We numb the tooth so you feel pressure, not pain, clear out the decay, then shape the filling to match your tooth and check your bite. Usually under an hour, then back to your day. Give us a call 🦷

Finished braces or aligners? The retainer is the part that lasts. Teeth keep moving for life, so wearing it as directed, often nights only, is what holds the result, and a lost or cracked retainer is a same week call, not a someday one. Ask us 🦷
