✨ Patient Spotlight: Meet Chef Jasmine! ✨

We got to spend some time chatting with Chef Jasmine at Plaza de Familia this past weekend, outside of the dental setting. Over the past years we have talked about the different cakes and desserts she has baked.  She is the creator of 3 cakes you can currently find at Disneyland & California Adventure—and we had to try them all! They are all dentist approved! 😋 

🍰 The Nuez Gelatina Cake: This cake is a labor of love! It is based on Jasmine’s grandmother’s recipe.  It features cinnamon sponge cake, pecan gelatina, and whipped topping. It’s a balanced, refreshing cake, especially in this hot weather. It’s not too sweet, but it’s just right that it makes you want to eat another bite. Before you know it, the slice is gone!  

🍫 The Villainous Red Velvet Cake: great for dark chocolate lovers! The bitterness of the dark chocolate is balanced with the tartness and sweetness from the raspberry jam. Mini chocolate chips add texture. It’s a moist cake and pairs well with a glass of milk! 🥛 Fun Fact: the dark frosting will not stain your teeth or mouth! 

🎃 Pumpkin Cake: it’s the age old cake vs. pie debate. A cake that is also pie or is a pie that is a cake? The cake has a pumpkin mousse filling and whipped frosting topped with a chocolate stem. Perfect for fall!

Happy 6 Year Work Anniversary to Sarah! 🥳

Today our office went out for a sushi to celebrate our awesome Sarah! She has a kind heart, calms your fears, patients love her, a team player, our scanning queen 👑, and helps keep this office running smoothly to name a few of the things we appreciate about her! 😁

It’s hard to believe that 6 years ago, during a pandemic, we were interviewing for a dental assistant and now here we are! We are blessed to have her as part of our ARC Dental Health Fam! 🙏🏼
