Edit: it found a new home 🤗
We accidentally ordered a three hole punch instead of a two hole punch!
Instead of throwing it away, we’d love to give it to a teacher or someone who can use it!
Email the office at [email protected] to claim it and arrange pick up in the office!

Legend has it this West Chester building was once a stop on the Underground Railroad. The privately-owned property still stands on US 42 in Pisgah, where it has served numerous purposes since it was built in the early 1800s. Today, the residential structure is aptly referred to as Seven Chimneys for some of its unique architectural characteristics, but it is also known as the Spread Eagle Tavern or the James D. Conrey House among other names. The site was added to the National Registry of Historic Places in 2003. According to paperwork filed with the United States Department of the Interior, National Park Service, evidence suggests that the roughly 200-year old brick building "… is said to be the stagecoach stop mentioned in Chapter Nine of ‘Uncle Tom's Cabin’ written by Harriet Beecher Stowe and published in 1852." About a mile north of the Sharonville border, Seven Chimneys is one of 19 places and features included in the West Chester ~ Union Township Historical Society's self-guided driving tour of our community. http://ow.ly/jOwa50yQpcv
