Earlier today, we had the honor of officially presenting the 2025 Business of the Year Award to ABC Fire Extinguisher Sales & Service, Inc.

It was a great opportunity to recognize a business that has been a cornerstone of the West Burlington community for more than six decades. ABC Fire’s commitment to safety, quality service, and doing right by their customers continues to make a lasting impact not only in our city, but across the region.

We are proud to celebrate their continued growth, investment in our community, and the strong family values that have guided their success through multiple generations.

ABC Fire Extinguisher Sales & Service, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time position is Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with an hour lunch break). Key Responsibilities are Accounts Receivable Billing including Invoicing and payment tracking, handle filing, answer phones, perform general office duties, coordinate and schedule customer appointments. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, QuickBooks experience is a plus, however we will train. Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively are important. Holiday pay and vacation time. Dental, Vision and Health Insurance available if needed.
