While we hope everyone is able to enjoy the beautiful weather, food, beverages, and maybe the pool with friends and family, we hope you also took some time to the men and women that have given everything for this country and our ability to enjoy the freedoms we have.

This year, I’ve been thinking much lately about what it really means to be a good servant - to my patients, to my staff, to my wife and kids, to my community- and how to live up to that standard. Every year we do something a little difficult to pay homage to those lost in service to our country - typically in the form of a workout called “Murph” - and I think Lt Michael Murphy’s actions during Operation Red Wings is the ultimate example of being a servant to those around you. If you don’t know that story, please look into it.

God bless America and God bless the men and women who defend it.
