Columbia Valley Community Health, CVCH, is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving the families of North Central Washington for over 50 years. Our six locations in Wenatchee, East Wenatchee and Chelan provide quality, affordable health care for your entire family. Services include prenatal and pediatrics, family medicine, diabetes management, urgent care, children’s and adult behavioral health, behavioral medicine, WIC nutrition services, radiology, labs, substance abuse treatment and pharmacy. We accept private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, medical coupons, and a sliding fee scale is available as needed. Our dental program offers full dental care for children and adults who are CVCH patients. Behavioral Health services include adult and children’s behavioral health care, case management and 24 hour crisis services. CVCH serves more than 30,000 individual patients in Chelan and Douglas counties. Private insurance is accepted and a sliding fee scale is available as needed.

HCA is reviewing how HR 1 will affect Apple Health. Our top priority is to keep you updated and let you know if you need to take action to keep your coverage. We are committed to making any changes as easy as possible. Changes will roll out over the next few years, and many details are still being developed. If changes to eligibility, coverage, or benefits are required, we will share that information clearly and early, so you know what to expect.

Welcome Crystelle Hower, LMHC!

Crystelle is a Child Therapist who specializes in helping children and teens navigate mental health challenges. She holds a Child Mental Health specialty and is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy.

After moving to Wenatchee with her husband and two children in 2023, Crystelle is excited to support local families and young people. When she's not working, she enjoys reading, coloring, walking, and listening to music.

We're excited to have her on our team and look forward to the difference she'll make in our community! 💙
