It's an exciting time when your child's baby teeth start to fall out! The lower front teeth are usually the first to wiggle, typically between ages 6 and 7, followed by the upper front teeth. From there, baby teeth continue to loosen over time as adult teeth come in and your child’s smile keeps growing.

I recently moved and needed a new dentist for my daughters. I read lots of good things about Its a smile world and I have to say our experience was beyond amazing. The staff is WONDERFUL!
