#15 near pulpal exposure referred in by the prosthodontist. He prepared a gold on-lay and knew it was root canal time. Symptomatic Irriversible Pulpitis by the time she presented to the office. Significant calcification and some curvatures to go with it! Conservative access and good result overall.
