Anyone at our office will tell you how much we love books! We have a rotation of seasonal books in our waiting room, we have books as prizes for our little ones, visiting the Webster Library annually is a beloved day for us, and we LOVE the reminder, "Brush, book, bed"!

Robyn, a fellow bibliophile, is rocking her librarian dreams today!

Remember that a book about visiting the dentist is a great way to prepare little ones for something that's new. And the librarians at Webster Public Library are spectacular in helping you find what you need. Visit them today!

Halloweens is coming and this is the perfect opportunity to review: not all Halloween candy is created equal 🎃👻

Chocolate tends to melt and wash away more easily — making it a better choice than sticky, chewy candies that cling to teeth.

Hard candies that sit in the mouth for a long time? Those are the real cavity villains.

A simple tip we share at WPD: frequency matters! From a cavity-development perspective, we'd rather have your child eat a bag of candy in one sitting and brush immediately than eat one piece at a time over the entire day. It's the exposure time and frequency that leads to cavities! 💙🦷
