☀️ Summer Break Office Closure ☀️

Our office will be closed July 6th–9th as our team takes a short summer break to rest and recharge.

Dr. Serene Nagia was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and earned her dental degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2012. She then served as an active-duty dentist in the U.S. Army — which is where she met a certain lunch-thief named Dr. Sharman.

Dr. Nagia excels in all areas of general dentistry with a particular passion for dental implants and cosmetic restoration. She believes deeply in patient education and making every visit a genuinely positive experience — because she knows that trust is earned, not assumed.

Her military service also took her somewhere unexpected: providing dental care — including extractions and root canals — to military working dogs. And if that's not impressive enough, she volunteers her skills at animal rescue facilities, where she's treated lions, tigers, and bears. Yes, really. 🦁🐻

When she's not in the office, Dr. Nagia can be found reading, tackling home improvement projects, exploring the WNC mountains, or advocating for animal welfare.

We are so lucky she calls Waynesville home. 🌿
