We’re sure you’ve heard them over the phone, but now we’d like you to put a face to the name! These individuals are key parts of our Removables team, and we’re excited to share a bit about each of them
(1/6) With eight years in the dental technician field, Gentiana brings precision, efficiency, and a keen eye for quality to her role as Production Manager in the Removables Department. Responsible for implementing production plans and strategies to meet deadlines, Gentiana excels in optimizing workflows and maintaining rigorous quality control standards to ensure top-tier dental prosthetics.
(2/6) Anna brings over two decades of expertise to her role as Removables Manager at D&S. Since joining the team in 2001, she has established herself as a cornerstone of the Removables department, earning her CDT certification in partial dentures. Her extensive experience and technical proficiency ensure exceptional results for both clinicians and their patients.
(3/6) With over a decade of Removables experience, Seth combines attention to detail with technical know-how in his design of digital dentures. His background allows him to approach each case with a strong understanding of function and fit, helping deliver dependable results from design through completion.
(4/6) As the Finishing Department Supervisor, Roy oversees the team’s day-to-day work while also designing digital dentures and supporting quality control. Over his seven years at D&S, he has become an integral part of keeping things on track and ensuring every appliance that leaves the lab looks its best.
(5/6) With over four decades of experience in removable setups, Bob brings a depth of knowledge that supports both the team and the clinicians we work with. He also serves as a key point of contact for incoming calls, helping to document case details and address questions throughout the process.
(6/6) As Lead Setup Technician, Melissa brings nearly three decades of experience to the department. Along with overseeing setups, she works closely with clinicians by handling calls, documenting case preferences, and helping guide cases from start to finish.
