Today we’re celebrating one of our amazing hygienists, Karie, and her 1-year anniversary with our office! 🎉

Over the past year, Karie has made such a positive impact on our patients and our team. She takes great pride in the care she provides and truly values the relationships she builds with each person she sees. Her compassion, attention to detail, and genuine care for others help make every patient feel comfortable, heard, and cared for.

Celebrating 5 years with Sheri, one of our amazing hygienists!

Sheri truly embodies what it means to care for patients beyond the chair. Known around here as our “research queen,” she’s always diving into the latest products, techniques, and innovations to make sure we’re offering the very best to those we serve.

What really sets Sheri apart, though, is her heart. She brings genuine compassion to every appointment, taking the time to listen, understand, and meet patients exactly where they are in their dental health journey. She doesn’t just clean teeth—she educates, encourages, and empowers patients to take an active role in their oral health.

🌟 Team Spotlight: Dawn 🌟

We’re excited to shine this week’s Employee Spotlight on our amazing Patient Care Coordinator, Dawn!

Dawn is often the first friendly voice you hear when you call our office and the warm smile that greets you when you walk through the door. She has a gift for making people feel welcome, cared for, and right at home. Her positivity, compassion, and attention to detail help keep our days running smoothly and ensure our patients always have a great experience.

Outside of the office, Dawn has been enjoying a very special season in life. She recently had the joy of watching her daughter graduate from college — a moment that filled her heart with pride. She’s also been celebrating big milestones with her son and daughter-in-law as they got married and purchased their first home.

When she’s not cheering on her family, Dawn loves spending time with her amazing (and slightly crazy!) group of friends who keep life full of laughter and fun.

For Dawn, it all comes down to the people she loves most. As she puts it:

It’s Dental Assistant Recognition Week and we are celebrating two of the absolute BEST! 🦷✨

Sara and Amy are truly the unsung heroes of our office. They are the glue that holds everything together each day. From helping our patients feel comfortable and cared for, to keeping the schedule moving, assisting chairside, preparing rooms, managing sterilization, and handling a million behind-the-scenes details… they do it all.

So much of what they do happens quietly in the background and may not always be seen — but it is absolutely noticed and deeply appreciated by our entire team and our patients.

And while they work incredibly hard, they also keep our office full of laughter. When you work as closely together as they do, you might drive each other a little crazy sometimes… as one of these photos clearly shows! 😆

Sara and Amy, thank you for the heart, dedication, teamwork, and fun you bring to our office every single day. We are so grateful for you!
