Severe acid erosion into the nerve of 5 teeth. These are difficult cases to treat and often require either crown lengthening or opening the vertical dimension. After the Root canals and the fistulas disappeared, here, I opened the vertical and you can see how much composite build up material was left as it allowed me to prep very little tooth structure.

I got lucky today! The Uni abutments for Astra Tx do not have a tool to remove them, so after many failed attempts to grab and twist with a forceps or rongeurs and flattening the sides, I cut a groove with a 169L and twisted it off with a crown remover. The thin walls flexed and almost broke, but thankfully started to move.
