Dr. Alsahlani, Dr. Albazzaz & our wonderful Mayor of Waukegan Sam Cunningham were honored to support Maryville Academy , the official charity of the Chicago Bears, to bring our essay contest winners to the Ed Block Courage Awards.

They had the chance to meet members of the Chicago Bears organization & connect with community leaders to experience a truly inspiring afternoon.

Congratulations to Andrew Billings of the Bears for receiving this PRESTIGIOUS award and of course congrats to our winners!!!! We loved sharing this special celebration of courage, community and our incredible youth.
