Craig Dental Center is on the lookout for a Front Desk Receptionist / Insurance Coordinator to be the friendly face (and voice!) of our practice!

What you’ll do:
📞 Greet patients with a warm smile (in person & on the phone!)
📅 Schedule appointments and keep our days running smoothly
📝 Verify insurance and help patients understand their benefits
💻 Keep things organized at the front desk

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Friendly, outgoing personality
✔️ Strong communication & multitasking skills
✔️ Dental or insurance experience is a PLUS (but we’ll train the right person!)
✔️ A team player with a great attitude

Today we’re celebrating another one of our AMAZING hygienists — KRISTIN! 💙

Kristin is a proud mama to two busy boys who keep her on the go! 🏈🏃‍♂️ Her favorite thing to do is cheering them on and watching them do what they love — and if she can catch a little sunshine while doing it, even better ☀️

She also loves heading back home to the family farm, where they raise cattle 🐄 — and this time of year is extra special with all the new babies!

When she’s not in the office keeping smiles healthy and bright, you’ll find her working out 💪, spending time at the lake 🌊☀️, and taking in all the fun of a sunny patio! 🎶

Today we’re celebrating one of our FUN and FABULOUS hygienists — WHITNEY! 💙

Whitney is living her best life as a recent graduate, and we’ve been lucky to have her in our office for the past couple of years! Her youthfulness and energy bring such a fun vibe to our team!
When she’s not keeping smiles healthy and bright, she’s busy baking up something delicious 🍪 — including her famous bougie mac & cheese (yes please! 😍)

She’s also super crafty ✨ and loves making bracelets and necklaces for her friends — and let’s be honest… her lashes are ALWAYS on point! 💁‍♀️

Whitney loves spending time with friends and family, grabbing coffee with her sister ☕, or making a trip to the University of Iowa to cheer on the Hawkeyes! 🖤💛

Addie and Burke are living the country life — soaking in everything the farms and fields have to offer from sunrise to sunset 🌅🌾 and enjoying some of the most beautiful views around!

She’s all about country music, bonfires, tailgate talks, farm animals, and cheering on the Chiefs ❤️🏈 — a true country girl at heart!

When she’s not in the office keeping smiles healthy and bright, you might find her riding shotgun with Burke for his bovine genetics business 🐄, hitting the golf course ⛳, playing a game of pickleball, or taking a walk down the country roads.

Today we’re celebrating another one of our ROCKSTAR hygienists — CASSIE G.! 💙

Cassie may be quiet in the office, but she lives life LOUD! 🙌 She brings a calm, caring presence to every patient while delivering top-notch care and keeping smiles healthy and bright.

When she’s not in the office, she’s living life in the fast lane 🚗 — if the weather’s nice, you might spot her Mustang parked outside! She also has her motorcycle license 🏍️ (how cool is that?!) and recently stepped into a new role as an assistant bowling coach at Valley High School 🎳👏

At home, she and her boyfriend are loving life with their fur baby, Luna 🐾, and in her free time you’ll find her traveling, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.

Cassie is coming up on her 10 YEAR anniversary with us later this month (WOW!! 👏) and we couldn’t be more grateful! She truly takes the time to get to know each of her patients, making everyone feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home in her chair.
And if you’ve ever been in the office when Cassie laughs… you KNOW — it’s hands down the BEST laugh in the building! 😄

Maddie is not only dedicated to keeping your smile healthy and bright, but she’s also a super mom to her two sweet girls — Carter (3) and baby Cooper (5 months)! 💕👶

When she’s not in the office caring for patients, her home is full of love (and paws 🐾) with her two dogs, Apollo & Daisy, and her cat, Ducky!

Maddie and her husband love spending their free time with friends and family, making memories that last a lifetime. You can find her out on the golf course ⛳, cheering on a basketball game 🏀, or soaking up summer on a patio ☀️🍹

To wrap up our celebration week, we have to give a HUGE shoutout to the ladies behind the masks and all those perfect smiles — Dr. Craig and Dr. Wiese! 👏
These two keep our team laughing, our patients smiling, and the office running full speed every single day. Whether it’s fixing teeth, solving tricky cases, or putting up with our Dental Assistant Week shenanigans, they do it all with dedication and a great sense of humor!

🌟🦷 HAPPY DENTAL ASSISTANT WEEK! 🦷🌟
Today we’re celebrating one of our newest ROCKSTARS — Addie! 💙
Addie has been around the office for quite a while as the daughter of our Office Manager, but last year she officially joined the team as a Dental Assistant Trainee. Through hard work and dedication, she earned her Dental Assistant license last summer and is now our newest Dental Assistant!
Addie works part-time while still balancing life as a high school and DMACC student. We are so proud of the effort she puts into learning and growing in the dental field. When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her spending time with family and friends, caring for and playing with her farm animals, or enjoying a relaxing Sunday on the sofa.
Her youthfulness, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn will serve her well in the years ahead. Thank you, Addie, for all your hard work — we’re so lucky to have you on our team! 💫🪥👏
