STAFF SPOTLIGHT: BRITTANY 🦷✨

We are excited to OFFICIALLY introduce one of our newest team members, Brittany! Brittany is our Financial Coordinator and she joined our team in May of this year! While she is new to our office, she brought five years of orthodontic experience from the clinical side with her! ⭐️

Brittany loves helping our patients begin their orthodontic journey by walking them through the financial options we offer. From verifying insurance benefits and setting up in-office financing plans to answering billing questions along the way, Brittany is always happy to help! 😊

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband, Griffin, and their daughter, Hadlee, boating, and watching a good TV show. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒🚤📺

STAFF SPOTLIGHT: LYNN 🦷✨

This week we are excited to highlight our TREATMENT COORDINATOR Lynn! 🎉

Lynn started at our office in 2021 as our Financial Coordinator before transitioning into the position of Treatment Coordinator in 2024. From the start, Lynn has shown true hard work and dedication to our practice. We are so lucky to have her and are consistently grateful for all she does for us and our patients. 🫶🏻

Whether it is walking a nervous patient through their orthodontic treatment or chatting with patients and parents in passing, Lynn makes everyone feel welcomed and included in their smile journey. 💙

Outside of work you can usually find Lynn spending time with her husband and two sons. She loves all things beach, coffee, and seafood. 🏖️☕️🦞

A few weeks ago we were lucky enough to welcome Sarah from SRG Training and Consulting back to our office for some front desk training! 😊

We are so happy to have Sarah back in a new way as she leads our team through her Ortho Excellence Training Series. At Smiles for Maine Orthodontics we are all about continuing to grow as a team. Continuing to learn for our patients is one of our top priorities. 🦷

Meet Gabrielle, our Patient Success Coordinator! We were so lucky to have her join the Smiles for Maine team in December 2025. She’s one of the first and last friendly faces you’ll see during your visits and is always ready to help! 😊

From scheduling appointments and answering your treatment questions to helping new patients feel right at home, Gabrielle plays an important role in making sure your experience with our office is a great one from start to finish. 🫶🏻

Outside of the office, Gabrielle enjoys playing and coaching volleyball, listening to indie music, makeup and skincare, pickleball, watching her husband’s band perform, and spending time with her two kitties, Lola and Frankie! 🏐🎶💄🐈
