Celebrating Dawn Giordano's 28 Years of Dedication
Today, we celebrate and offer our deepest gratitude and warmest congratulations to an integral part of our dental family. On December 23rd, Dawn Giordano is retiring after a remarkable 28-year career as our dental hygienist! This is truly a bittersweet moment as we say goodbye to a valued team member and dear friend.
When you think of the heart and soul of our practice, Dawn's name immediately comes to mind. For over two and a half decades, her gentle expertise, professional dedication, and unwavering commitment to patient health have defined the standard of care at D'Amico Dental Care.
Dawn has been instrumental in the success and growth of our practice. She is not just a clinician; she is a true team leader and mentor who has guided countless new staff members.
Hundreds of our patients have known Dawn as "their hygienist" for years—she has seen entire families grow up, from first cleanings to senior care. Her warm, genuine approach has made nervous patients feel at ease and has turned routine appointments into pleasant catch-ups.
Beyond her professional role, Dawn has been a wonderful colleague and friend. We have watched our own families grow. We have shared parental experiences—from the first days of school to graduation plans and beyond.
We will profoundly miss her incredible work ethic, her compassionate leadership, and the genuine warmth she brought to the office every single day. Dawn, you have more than earned this well-deserved retirement.
