🍀 For the whole world (office) is Irish on the Seventeenth o’ March 🍀. Our favorite Leprechaun Dr. J certainly dressed the part🤣 as did rest of the office, even Dr. Lee. It’s someone’s special day — so in honor of his birthday 🎂 we will share just a little bit about him, but spoiler alert... not his age 🤫..... .
Before coming to Connecticut, Lee McNeish was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania. After graduating from Washington and Jefferson College, he attended dental school at the University of Pittsburgh where he was honored as a University Scholar and was accepted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society.
He relocated to CT and completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at the University of Connecticut. After graduation, Dr. McNeish and his family moved to the Waterbury area and began a private practice. A second office was opened in Ansonia in 1995. He continues to practice in both Waterbury and Ansonia, as well as maintain privileges at Saint Mary’s Hospital.
When not in the office, Dr. McNeish spends time with his wife and three children at home, on the cape, or traveling. Otherwise he enjoys being active whether it be doing yard work, running, mountain biking, or his favorite — racings cars at local tracks. Connecticut has definitely be- come home, but when it comes to sports Dr. McNeish remains loyal to his roots and cheers for the Steelers!
