Have you met Simon, our dental therapy dog? 🐕 He's the best! Always happy to help nervous kiddos feel a little more comfortable at the dentist. If you want to give him a tip, he accepts head scratches!😄

Happy Retirement!! Our amazing front office coordinator, Darla Wilson, has been with us since we opened in 2020. She has been the smiling face to greet countless families, taken care of an incredible amount of paperwork behind the scenes, and helped make Molar Bear what it is today. We are very sad she is retiring but so happy for her to spend more time traveling to see her grandbabies, her absolute favorite thing to do. She will be very missed!

If anyone would like to leave her goodbye message, please feel free to do so below. She wishes she could say goodbye to everyone individually. 🩷

This weekend, our team had a great time helping out and serving lunch at Alaska Down Syndrome Network's fundraiser walk. The sun was shining and there were lots of happy faces. We knew our staff could clean teeth fast, but we now know they can cook and serve 360 meals at record speed.😄

Happy birthday to Darla! Molar Bear would not be the same without her - we are so grateful for all she does with a smile on her face!

3/21 is World Down Syndrome Day. Dr. Chris's youngest brother, Alex, is one of our favorite people. He is friends with anyone he meets, is fantastic with kids and animals, works at 3 different jobs, loves to draw and watch movies, goes to Subway with anyone who will take him, and has recently tried growing out a beard to look like his older brothers. There is nothing "Down" about his life and we are so grateful for the light he brings wherever he goes!
