We’re a friendly, patient-focused dental office looking for a dependable and personable Office Manager / Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. If you’re organized, great with people, and ready to be the face of the office — we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and manage check-in/check-out
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm visits
• Handle dental insurance verifications, claims, and patient inquiries
• Maintain and update patient records accurately
• Assist with billing and basic administrative tasks
• Coordinate with the clinical team for smooth office flow

Qualifications:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with computers and dental office software (training provided)
• Prior experience in a dental office is a plus, but not required
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
