This patient came to me with composite veneers that were placed over a decade ago. While they had served him well, the color and shape no longer matched his natural smile or the look he wanted today.

We started with Invisalign to properly align the teeth (because great veneers always start with great positioning 👏), followed by a gentle whitening phase to brighten his natural tooth color.

Once we had the ideal foundation, I replaced his old composites with new veneers, focusing on softer contours, better proportions, and a more natural luminous shade.

The result? A cleaner, brighter, and more balanced smile that still looks like him… just refreshed ✨

My patient, who is in his late 50s, had a bike accident that left him with two broken front teeth and trauma to the lateral teeth, which required root canals. To achieve optimal aesthetics, I recommended crowns for the upper four front teeth. The second picture shows the crowns during the try-in stage, not yet fully cemented. After cementation and some healing time for the gums, the final results were even better—and the patient couldn’t have been happier with his new smile! 💫

I recently had the honor of treating a beautiful 37-year-old patient who faced significant challenges during her first pregnancy. This difficult experience led to her being on medications that caused gingival hypertrophy.

**Stage 1:** We began with Invisalign to address some minor bite issues and crowding.

**Stage 2:** We performed a laser gingivectomy to reduce the size and thickness of her gum tissue. This was combined with a gingival contouring procedure to enhance the appearance of her teeth, making the crowns look bigger and longer.

After about two weeks of healing, with only minor discomfort during the first few days, we moved to the final stage.

**Stage 3:** We started with cosmetic veneers.

The results were outstanding. The patient expressed that she felt like a new woman, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. It’s truly an honor to treat such a wonderful patient and help her feel good about herself again. She’s beautiful both inside and out, and this transformation has only highlighted her natural beauty.

Eight years ago, when I first opened my office, some local parents brought their children in for dental care. My exceptional patient initially sought veneers for his front teeth, but our treatment plan evolved into a comprehensive full mouth rehabilitation. We took the opportunity to enhance not just his smile but also his bite, aiming for optimal aesthetic and functional outcomes. Initially presenting with an edge-to-edge bite, we decided to increase his vertical dimension of occlusion (VDO), necessitating crowning of all upper teeth and a temporary phase to allow his jaw and supporting muscles to acclimate to the new alignment. This process required considerable patience from my patient. Thanks to the outstanding patients I have the privilege to treat in the DMV area, we successfully completed his treatment within eight weeks, resulting in cementation of his permanent crowns.
