The challenge of a single front tooth replacement with an implant crown.

Matching a single front tooth is one of the hardest things to do in dentistry, and an implant crown even more so.

This patient came to us unhappy with the esthetics of his existing implant crown. After reviewing treatment options he opted for single tooth replacement, which gave us limitations in space distribution and angulation, as well as the added challenge of shade matching the implant crown to the adjacent natural teeth.

1 veneer, 1 crown, and a Maryland bridge of sorts. A little soft tissue work would have been very beneficial, but patient elected not to proceed with it. Still a significant improvement!

Our lovely patient had undersized (peg) lateral incisors. With minimal and non invasive dentistry we were able to completely transform her smile.

We used clear aligners to expand her smile, correct crowding, and make spaces for two veneers to recreate nature and improve her smile.
