This patient presented with a peg lateral #7, a smaller #10, and was high risk given her high smile. Using lithium disilicate crowns, we were able to create a balanced, natural-looking smile while carefully matching the surface texture and character of the adjacent teeth for a seamless result.

The best part? Seeing the patient’s confidence return. They were absolutely thrilled with the outcome and couldn’t stop smiling. 😊

She was restored with lithium disilicate all-ceramic restorations, delivering a natural, harmonious result. Even more impressive—the laboratory technician nailed the shade on the very first try.

A great blend of analog and digital dentistry. For this case, we utilized X-Guide by X-Nav Technologies FastMap to streamline treatment, delivering a next-day 3D-printed provisional fabricated by Vision Artist Dental Lab , followed by definitive analog metal-acrylic hybrid prostheses fabricated by Marotta Dental Studio . This case is a great example of combining the efficiency of digital workflows with the proven reliability of analog techniques.

A huge thank you to Capital Center and the entire team for the outstanding coordination and collaboration throughout this case. Most importantly, our patient was thrilled with the outcome—and that’s what it’s all about. This is part 1 showcasing the mandibular reconstruction. Classic perio-prosth case.

In situations like this, compromised teeth can serve as fixed provisional abutments while we wait for implant integration. The key to long-term success during the healing phase is a cast metal provisional—not fiber-reinforced or wire-reinforced, but an actual cast metal framework that provides the strength and durability needed when the patient will be in a provisional restoration for an extended period.

This patient originally had a fixed partial denture that gradually became more of a removable prosthesis over time as recurrent decay and extractions took their toll. In a single visit, we were able to rebuild several of her remaining teeth and convert her back to a fixed provisional restoration.

Seeing her smile when she realized she could leave with fixed teeth again made it all worthwhile.

This patient is currently undergoing orthodontic treatment with (Dr. Negaar Sagafi) and is getting married this weekend! ✨

She presented with existing bonding on a lateral incisor, along with a tooth position that was too far palatal. Through a collaborative approach, (Dr. Lucy Johnson) performed periodontal surgery to optimize the soft tissue architecture, and with conservative bonding we were able to improve the tooth’s length, color, and overall position—just in time for her big day.

A great example of how interdisciplinary treatment can create meaningful improvements with minimally invasive care. 🤝

Sometimes old school is still the best.

This patient preferred to avoid implant surgery, so we fabricated a conventional fixed partial denture instead. PFM restorations, beveling, barreled-out furcations — classic perio-prosth principles that continue to stand the test of time.

Modern dentistry offers incredible solutions, but sound fundamentals and thoughtful treatment planning will always be relevant. 🦷
