We are big fans of the dental health benefits that can come from including milk in your dietary habits. Milk is high in calcium, which helps strengthen your teeth and jawbone. It also contains phosphorus, which is vital in maintaining enamel.

Additionally, if you or your children don’t enjoy dairy milk, you can include it as part of a smoothie or substitute it with a plant or nut-based milk such as almond, oat, or soy!
