Picture taken 12/8/2023. Slab is ready to be used and will be full by end of this week with lumber. Building is scheduled to be shipped and delivered the week of 1/15/24 and it will take less than a month to complete once delivered.

This is a direct hire opportunity

We're hiring for our 1st and 2nd shift! We are looking for full time applicants. You must pass a drug test to be hired.

The dayshift hours are 4:30 am - 12:30 pm Monday - Friday. Starting pay is $20/hour

OR We are looking for someone in our recycling department. The starting pay is $19/hour and you work Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30pm.

The 2nd shift works Monday - Thursday 12:45pm - 11:15pm. Starting pay is $20/hour with a $1.00/hour differential.

Join a small, family-owned company that has been successful for over 31 years. Located in Waseca, we operate as a team, work hard for our customers, and do quality work. We are looking for workers interested in year-round steady, busy work. This is not a seasonal job, and you will find plenty of opportunity to increase your wages, as you do good work and learn more complex tasks on the job. We have over doubled the size of our production facility in 2021. We are a growing company, and we would like you to be a part of it.

Duties include:

Building and assembling wood pallets with automated machines and nail guns
Operating various machines and sawing and stacking lumber
Repairing pallets
Sorting wood materials and pallets, making sure we have a quality pallet that meets our customer's needs
Wages:

The starting base pay is $20 an hour. If you have perfect attendance after 90 days, you will earn an attendance bonus. The attendance bonus adds $1.00 per hour to your wages. This means after 90 days with perfect attendance, you would make $21 per hour.

Job Requirements:

Ability to pass a drug test

Ability to lift 50 lbs. on occasion and some bending, twisting and pushing

Willingness to learn

Read a tape measure

Ability to wear steel toed boots

Strong work history

Required:

1 year previous manufacturing experience

Preferred:

Experience working with nail guns, wood, or measuring tool

We have several new machines getting installed this week in our new expansion. One of them is a robotic pallet dismantler and the other is an additional saw line. The robot can tear apart over 1,000 pallets a shift and the new saw line will cut up to 6 additional truckloads of lumber per shift. We will continue to drive more automation in our facility in the future.
