Closing Announcement ...Dear Patient,
We would like to thank you for your trust and confidence in allowing us to serve as your dentist through
the years.
We are writing today to inform you that we have decided to close our practice Dental Associates of
Warrington effective as of 12/01/2022 for business and personal reasons. It is a very well thought out and
tough decision to make.
For your convenience we will be available for emergency care every other Saturday until the end of
January 2023 at the Dental Associates of Warrington location.
We will be available on these dates between 9am to 12 pm for emergencies only12/10/22,12/17/22,01/07/23,01/21/23.
As a reminder your Dental records are confidential, and a copy of your records can be released to you or
