We see you and appreciate you!

Some days, being a dental assistant feels like juggling a hundred things at once.

You have to remember the next procedure before the current one is finished.
Anticipate what the doctor needs before they ask.
Keep patients calm while staying on schedule.
Sterilize instruments.
Take X-rays.
Chart notes.
Answer questions.
Clean rooms.
Comfort nervous patients.
And somehow do it all with a smile.

It’s physically exhausting.
It’s mentally draining.
