Hayslip Family Dentistry is proud to announce that we are now officially contracted as a Veteran Affairs (VA) Community Care Network provider through Optum Serve!

This means eligible Veterans may now have the opportunity to receive dental care with our office using their VA Community Care benefits.

⭐ Important: A VA referral and authorization are required before benefits can be used at our office.

How to get started:
✔️ Contact your VA provider or Community Care coordinator
✔️ Request a referral to Hayslip Family Dentistry
✔️ Once approved, our team will help coordinate your appointment
