🧵 Don’t skip the floss!

Brushing does a great job cleaning the surfaces of your teeth, but your toothbrush can’t reach everything between them.

Flossing once a day helps remove plaque and food particles from those hard-to-reach places.

Think of brushing and flossing as a team—they work better together! 🦷

🪥 When was the last time you replaced your toothbrush?

If you have to stop and think about it… it might be time! 😉

The American Dental Association recommends replacing your toothbrush every 3–4 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed or worn.
A fresh toothbrush means fresh bristles that can do their job better! 🦷
Quick tip: If your toothbrush looks like it’s been through a battle, it’s definitely time for a new one!

🩷Think Pink This October!🩷

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and our team is proud to wear pink and show our support for everyone affected by breast cancer.

As a healthcare team, we know how important it is to be proactive about your health—from regular checkups and screenings to taking care of your smile. 🦷💗

This month, we celebrate strength, courage, hope, and new beginnings. And we encourage everyone to make their health a priority—not just this month, but all year long.

Take care of yourself. Your health is worth it.

Patriot Day | September 11

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the courage, sacrifice, and service of the first responders and everyday heroes who helped others during that tragic day.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. ❤️🤍💙
