BUT here is how we try to prevent the stains:

🦷 Swish/drink water afterwards to rinse coffee off teeth.
⠀
🦷Switch to iced coffee. Cold drinks stain less than hot.
⠀
🦷 Drink coffee through a straw to prevent direct contact to teeth.
⠀
🦷 Use a quality electric toothbrush 2x/day to prevent stain from building up
⠀
*Do not brush teeth immediately after coffee. Wait at least 20 minutes to prevent brushing around acids all over teeth.
