Not all orthodontic problems start with teeth.
Sometimes, it’s the tongue 🤪.

Your tongue should rest on the roof of your mouth, not against your teeth. Tongue tamers help improve tongue posture, which can reduce issues like open bites, spacing, lisping of speech or relapse after braces.
