For the past FOURTEEN years, Lauren has been at the heart of so much of what makes South County Smiles what it is today. She's the person who somehow keeps countless moving pieces together, always finds a solution, and somehow manages to make even the busiest days feel a little more manageable.

Lauren leads with confidence, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to this team. She challenges us to be better, celebrates our wins, supports us through the tough moments, and is always willing to jump in wherever she's needed. Her dedication to this practice and the people in it is something we're incredibly grateful for every single day.

Today marks the end of a very special chapter at South County Smiles as Lori officially begins her retirement after 16 incredible years! ☀️💙

Over the years, Lori has been part of so many moments, milestones, changes, and memories that have shaped SCS into what it is today. As our Billing Coordinator, her dedication and hard work have been invaluable ... but the impact she has made extends far beyond her role.

Lori has been a constant source of positivity, laughter, warmth, and friendship. She has a special way of lifting up the people around her, bringing joy to even the busiest days, and making every person feel supported. Her presence has meant so much to so many, and it is hard to imagine South County Smiles without her.

Looking back through these photos is such a beautiful reminder of the memories we have shared and how fortunate we have been to have Lori beside us throughout this journey.

Lori, thank you for 16 years of loyalty, hard work, laughter, and heart. Thank you for everything you have given to South County Smiles and for the lasting impression you have made on all of us.
