Hello friends!

As you know after 40 years I made the difficult, yet exciting decision to retire. It has been an honor and a privilege to care for so many wonderful patients and families over the years. I am grateful for the kindness that has been shown to me. The relationships, friendship and memories I have built will always mean so much. Having patients like you whom I consider like family did not make this decision easy.

I am excited to announce. F. A. Carmichael Dentistry has now changed to LAKESIDE DENTAL under the care of Dr Vick Thakkar and Dr. Meghna Shah.

I have carefully and meticulously chosen Dr Thakkar and Dr Shah to take over my practice leaving you in capable, talented and caring hands. I have had the privilege getting to know these exceptional dentist as I transitioned into retirement.

I encourage you to continue your care with Dr Thakkar and Dr Shah. I have confidence they will provide you with the quality of care you have received from me over the years.

My dedicated and wonderful staff have become part of the LAKESIDE DENTAL team and will continue to be part of your dental care.
