Dear Patient,
Oh my, we feel the love! We get so many referrals daily and it makes me so happy to know how much our patients like us and trust us. While I appreciate the referrals, we currently are not accepting any new patients at this time. We need to focus on our current patients.
We are actively searching for another Dental Hygienist to add to our office. If you know of any hygienists in the area that may be looking for a new dental office to call home or for a change, please send them our way!!! Please be patient with us during this time, we are trying our best to get patients on the schedule in a timely manner. But due to the lack of qualified Hygienists available we are having to schedule patients quite a ways out for their 6 months cleanings and exams. With our schedule being so booked we ask that you please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. Every appointment is very valuable to another patient!! I know this is frustrating and it stresses us out too! We WANT to see you; we just don’t have enough staff to keep everyone on time for their routine dental care.
You will also notice a change in some of the dental insurances we will be in network with. The insurance companies have been very challenging in the last few years and we will be changing some of our contracts with them. If you have questions about insurance coverage, I encourage you to call your insurance company and find out what your benefits are. We have not been able to keep up with all the changes this year and do not want to give you incorrect information about what your dental insurance may cover.
