SUPREME DENTAL OF WADESBORO IS OPEN FOR DENTAL
EMERGENCIES ONLY
Our top priority is the health and well-being of our patients, families, staff, and community. In this unprecedented time, we are deeply committed to keeping everyone safe.
In light of the evolving pandemic and out of an abundance of caution and recommendations by The CDC, NC State Board of Dentistry, and ADA, we have decided to limit our practice to DENTAL EMERGENCIES AND URGENT DENTAL CARE ONLY for the next two weeks. We believe that this will allow us to more effectively evaluate this dynamic situation and assist in following the CDC’s guidance on social separation. If you have an appointment scheduled with us this week, our office will be in touch to help reschedule your appointment.
In the effort to avoid unnecessary dental visits to the local Emergency Room at a time when our community’s emergency personal should concentrate on the treatment and control of the Coronavirus, there WILL be a dentist at the office on our regular days from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
In the event of a dental emergency, please call our office as you normally would (704) 465 2210, and one of our staff members will assist you.
We did not make this decision lightly. A great deal of care, research, and planning guided our decision.
We will continue to evaluate the situation as it evolves, listen to the governing bodies, and determine every week when it is appropriate for us to return to our regular business hours.
We are making this decision with the health and well-being of our patients, families, team, and community in mind.
We wish all of you continued health and strength during this challenging time.

wants you to feel safe and comfortable coming to SD of W during the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
How is SD of W keeping you safe from novel coronavirus?
We are:
• Keeping our rooms clean through enhanced cleaning processes.
• We are asking patients to bring no more than one person with them to their appointment to minimize overcrowding.
• We politely ask you to reschedule an appointment if you are experiencing any of these symptoms, such as Fever (100.4°F/38°C or higher), Cough, or Shortness of breath. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure.
We also ask you to seek medical advice if you have been in close contact with a person known to have Coronavirus or if you live in or have recently traveled to an area with ongoing spread of Coronavirus.
FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY, WHEN CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE INFORM STAFF IF YOU HAVE FLU-LIKE SYMPTONS SUCH AS:

• Headache

• Persistent Cough
