Diabetic foot ulcers don't show up out of nowhere. They start with something small that didn't get noticed in time. Three habits that catch problems on day one instead of day fourteen.

Prosthetic liners and sleeves sit against your skin all day, soaking up sweat and oil. Without a daily wash they break down faster and start causing irritation or rashes. Our blog covers the full daily and weekly cleaning routine, what NOT to do (no bleach, no machine drying, no high heat), and the signs that a liner needs to be replaced.

The fitting process is the part most parents stress about, and it's almost always less stressful than they expect.

Step one is a 3D scan of your baby's head. It takes a few minutes, your baby sits on your lap, and the scanner just maps the shape.

That data goes to Invent Medical, who 3D-prints the Talee custom to your baby. About two weeks later, we have you back in for the fitting appointment. Our orthotist checks the fit, makes adjustments if needed, and walks you through the break-in schedule (start with a few hours, ramp up to 23 hours a day over about a week).

After that, we see you every four weeks for a new scan to check measurements and to make any adjustments if needed.

Whether you're flying or driving, traveling with an orthotic or prosthetic device takes a little extra prep. Our blog covers what to pack in your carry-on, what to expect at TSA (including the TSA Cares helpline), how heat, cold, sand, and water can affect your device, and how to keep things working on the road.

There are a handful of cranial remolding helmets on the market. Here's why we use the Talee at Rebound.

It's 3D-printed, which means it's lighter, thinner, and more breathable than traditional plastic helmets. The mesh structure lets air circulate so it stays cooler during sleep and summer. And it's used in 40+ countries with a strong clinical track record.

It's also customizable. You can pick colors, add up to 15 characters of text, and choose an engraved symbol. Treatment lasts a few months, so if you can make the helmet feel like your baby's helmet, it makes the whole thing easier.
