Today we celebrated National Orthodontic Staff Appreciation Day in the office, and it has me reflecting on the incredible team around me— and the legacy of excellence that has defined BrazosBraces for 30+ years.

There’s no way I, or Dr. Taylor before me, could have ever been honored as the WACOAN’s “Best of Waco” for 22 years without the heart and drive of the hardworking teams who supported us every single day. They’re the reason we as doctors get to focus on what we love most: creating healthy, confident smiles.
