We were just notified of a potential scam using our name and phone number, If you get a call from our phone number claiming to be Dr. Mattern or someone from this office and it seems fishy or strange please call to verify we actually made the call.

Our office will only be seeing patients on an emergency basis starting Tuesday March 24th, we will schedule patients on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the next few weeks. We appreciate your patience while we all work together to curb the spread of the COVID 19 Virus.

Dear patients of Dr. Robert Mattern DDS. In regard to the Coronavirus, COVID19, and the closing of the area schools, we know you will have questions regarding future treatment. We will remain open for as long as State and Local officials will allow. We will continue to use universal precautions, which include masks, gloves, surface barriers and disinfection procedures as per OSHA and CDC guidelines.
In addition, we will be asking you to abide by some procedures to keep our staff and other patients safe. We ask if you or a family member has had a cough, runny nose, sore throat or generally do not feel well, please reschedule your appointment. If you have traveled outside the US in the past few weeks, please reschedule your appointment. Please also try to not bring more than just yourself to your appointment. We are trying to limit the traffic in the waiting room as much as possible. We will be removing all the reading material from the waiting room until further notice to limit any exposure to the community. Please feel free to bring reading material at your convenience.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding if you should cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call the office. We will update this post as needed should things change.
