October's here, but so is candy season! 🍬

If you're celebrating with treats, enjoy them mindfully: eat them with meals rather than alone, and try to limit snacking frequency. Brushing after? Wait 30 minutes if sugary foods were involved!

Have fun & take care of that smile!

🎉 Happy (belated) Birthday to our fantastic dental assistant, Laura! 🎂🎈

We had so much fun stepping out of the office today to celebrate Laura over a delicious team lunch—complete with dessert and a birthday candle, of course! 🍰✨

We were extra grateful that Michelle was able to join us for lunch to celebrate with the team! 💚

Laura brings so much warmth, energy, and dedication to our patients and office every single day. We’re so lucky to have her on our team and hope her birthday is as wonderful as she is! 💙🦷

Sending our best wishes to Michelle for a speedy recovery! 💚

Michelle unfortunately broke her foot over the weekend while getting ready to cheer on the Eagles! 🦅✨

While we’re going to miss her bright smile around the office, we hope she takes all the time she needs to rest up and heal. We can’t wait to have her back on her feet—and back with the team—very soon! 🦷🦵

Please drop your well wishes for Michelle in the comments below! 👇

Overnight, bacteria build up in your mouth! 🪥

Start your day strong by brushing for a full 2 minutes when you wake up. This removes that overnight buildup and kickstarts your smile. Your teeth (and your dentist!) will thank you.

Candy season is officially upon us. 🍬
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We're not here to take away your fun — but we are here to remind you that sticky, chewy candies (looking at you, caramel and taffy) are the hardest on teeth. They cling to surfaces and pull on restorations.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Enjoy in moderation, rinse with water, and brush before bed. You've totally got this.
